Tormented Mythic+ Affix Anima Power Tuning - Scaling Flat Damage Procs Changed

Last week, the Tormented Mythic+ Affix was tested on the PTR and we have our first round of Anima Power tuning for the upcoming Seasonal Affix!
While some overpowered Mythic+ Anima Powers were nerfed, there is an important thing to note from this list. The Anima Powers which scaled with key level, due to it being a flat damage proc, have been converted to instead be a proc that scales with player power (Attack/Spell Power and Versatility). This is arguably a good change, otherwise you end up in a situation similar to Zap Bots in Operation: Mechagon or Plagueborers in Plaguefall, where the higher the key level the more damage these effects do, except this would apply to every dungeon for the entire season.
Anima Powers like
were doing incredibly high damage on PTR and this will hopefully bring them in line.

Below you can find all the known Anima Powers for the Season 2 affix
Your healing spells and abilities haveHealing a target has a chance to heal to allies for 6 and inflict 5cause you to splash Sanguine Ichor, healing up to 5 allies for and dealing ))] Shadow damage to up to 5 enemies within 12 yds.
Procs per minute changed from None to 6
Magic damage taken is reduced by 15%.
While above 50%70% health, your Haste or Critical Strike is increased by 8%. Your highest stat is always chosen.
Your versatility is increased by 3%. 5%.
Upon entering combat, your damage taken is reduced by 40% for 3 sec.
Damaging a target has a high chance to consume the target with creeping decay, dealing 35 / 100 * max(Attack power, Spell power) * (1 + Versatility)) * 8 / 2] Physical damage over 8 sec, and reducing healing and absorption received by 2%, stacking up to 10 times.
Gain 25% Leech while your health is below 25%.
You take 5% less damage from area of effect attacks.
Your auto-attacks call the Gavel of Judgement upon your target, Stunning them for 4 sec.
This effect can occur once every 30 sec.
When you attack a new creature, they are silenced for 3 sec.
Your healing spells have aHealing a target has a chance to chance to generate Loose Mana, which can be collected to restore 10% of your maximum mana.
Procs per minute changed from None to 4
While you are above 90% health, your healing done is increased by 15%.
Upon death, grant all allies 99% reduced damage taken for 5 sec.
This effect can occur once every 5 min.
You eat food faster. Much faster.
- Restore 6% of your maximum health every 3 sec while standing still.
Your damaging spells and abilities against enemiesDamaging a target below 30% health has a high chance to cause them to suffer 2% from you for until canceled5% increased damage taken from you stacking up to 10 times.6 times.
Procs per minute changed from None to 20
InflictDeal 10% increased damage to targets you successfully interrupt for 5 sec.
Name changed from Rude Interruption to Handbook of Uncivil Etiquette
You grant all allies within 20 yds an additional 30% movement speed.
- Increases all self-healing by 75%.
Standing still increases your damage dealt by 5% every 1 sec, up to 15%25%. This bonus is lost when you move.
Enemies that die within 40 yds Bolster you, increasing your damage done by 4% for 205% for 25 sec stacking up to 5 times. Successive stacks do not increase duration.
Standing still stores healing equal to 3% of your current health every 1 sec, up to your maximum health. When you move, this energy is expended to heal the most injured player within 40 yds.
While in combat, if there are 5 or more enemies within 10 yds, the skull releases a wave of shadow, inflicting 5dealing ))] Shadow damage every 5 sec to up to 5 enemies.
- Shields you for 20% of your maximum health. This absorb refreshes every 30 sec.
When enemies strike you in melee combat, shadow barbs lash out from you and inflict 7%deal 4% of your current health in Shadow damage to them.
Whenever you take more than 25% of your maximum health in damage from a single attack, you gain 50% increased movement speed and suffer 50% less damage for 3 sec.
Damaging a target has a chance to create a gout of flame beneath the target that erupts after 2.5 sec, dealing 1250 / 100 * max(Attack power, Spell power) * (1 + Versatility))] Fire damage to all enemies within 3 yards, and knocking them upward.
